White Ribbon Alliance Commitment Narratives
- Mobilize 2,000,000+ women, girls, and gender minorities, including trans, intersex, and non-binary people, to provide them with the information they need for autonomous decision-making about their health, bodies, and well-being.
- Engage 500,000+ mobilized participants in ongoing, direct action to influence sexual, reproductive, maternal, and newborn health practices, policies, and programs in 10+ countries, both public and private.
- Enable informed choice free of violence, discrimination, and coercion by advocating for policies and programs that support the wants and needs of women, girls, and gender minorities.
- Establish a joint initiative to build confidence and skills among participants and community allies, empowering them to seek and distill information, ask questions, practice self-care, and negotiate safely in their everyday lives.
- Recruit and train a subset of 25,000 people, including men and boys, service providers, and policymakers, to serve as campaign ambassadors, promoting knowledge and empowerment among historically excluded populations.
