Copper Rose is building a network of young leaders, providing them with support to advance in their careers and become champions of youth-led development.
The organization strives to foster individual behavior change while advocating for systemic shifts in policies and practices to create a more supportive environment for youth-led and women's development. Additionally, Copper Rose aims to enhance the capacity of other organizations to effectively engage with and address the needs of young people, promoting inclusivity and prioritizing women's concerns in their policies and endeavors.

Copper Rose Zambia Commitment Narratives
- Improve health service delivery to adolescents and young people by offering youth-friendly services, connecting them to second and third-level facilities, and contributing to the FP2020 targets for access to prevention, treatment, and care.
- Provide information about family planning and link adolescents and youth to services, aiming to reach at least 20,000 individuals.
- Train 100 peer educators to increase access to family planning services in youth-friendly spaces.
